Two months after fermentation, this perennial favorite is placed in French Oak for 18months. It is here that the complexity of the Delaney Cabernet Sauvignon is refined and both oak and dried cherry qualities are picked up. Full bodied, dry and bold this wine is a perfect wine complement to any red meat entrée. International Medal winner.

2005 Cynthiana -- Retail Price: $14.99

Grown exclusively by Delaney Vineyards in Grapevine, Texas. This fine wine is fast becoming a favorite of the locals. Its deep, rich, burgundy color hints of its smooth yet bold taste. Great with our local Texas cuisine. Winner of two bronze medals.


2005 Merlot -- Retail Price: $14.99

This Delaney Estate Merlot is aged 12 months in French Oak following the initial fermentation process. This medium bodied dry wine is both soft and smooth to the palate and pairs well with both meat and pasta dishes.
